At Wellspring Therapy Center, we offer a variety of payment options. We offer a flexible fee schedule, with a standard fee per session of $120.00 per hour. Lower session fees can be negotiated with individual therapists, to accommodate individual patient financial needs.

In addition to accepting cash and checks, we accept payment by credit card, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card, as well as electronic checks (“e-checks”).

We are contracted with a number of Employee Assistance Plans, or “EAPs”, as well as many health insurance and managed care plans. Bear in mind that most insurance plan coverages will require you to be responsible for a co-payment for each session. Some of the plans we are contracted with include:

  • As you choose either fee-for-service or utilizing health care plans please keep in mind that managed care usually requires the sharing of your private information and this makes it difficult to ensure your privacy under such conditions. Most health care plans require a psychological diagnosis for treatment and the length of your treatment may be limited to fewer sessions than you may feel is adequate.
