As you choose either fee-for-service or utilizing health care plans please keep in mind that managed care usually requires the sharing of your private information and this makes it difficult to ensure your privacy under such conditions. Most health care plans require a psychological diagnosis for treatment and the length of your treatment may be limited to fewer sessions than you may feel is adequate.
